1. This website www.kuhumakeupstudio.com is owned and operated by Kuhu Makeup Studio. You may be accessing our Site from a computer, mobile phone or any other device and these Terms of Use govern your use of our Site and your conduct, regardless of the means of access. These Terms of Use govern all the products offered on the Website. The Website is only to be used for your personal non-commercial purpose and information. Your access and use of the services and features of the Website shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy (together referred as “Policies”) as modified and amended from time to time. By using or merely accessing the Website , you warrant and acknowledge, without limitation or qualification that you have read and reviewed the terms of use, services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Polices, whether you have read the same or not. Using this Website, browsing accessing or otherwise you automatically confirms your unconditional acceptance to all the Terms of Use. Therefore carefully read these terms & Conditions before proceeding.

2. All the terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of the KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO and it reserves the unilateral right to change, amend, modify, suspend, and terminate the contents contained in the Usage Terms or the Policies from time to time and at any time, without notice to its users.

3. You must be at least 18years to use this website or services herein contained. We assume that any minor, if at all, accessing our Site is under the supervision of their guardians. KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO or its associates do not knowingly collect information from minors.

4. You acknowledge that the information you provide, in any manner whatsoever, are not confidential or proprietary and does not infringe any rights of a third party in whatsoever nature If you are accessing, browsing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf; you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to all the terms and conditions herein.

5. You are solely responsible for all contents that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Site. The information provided to us shall be maintained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the services on the website. However, KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO does not warrant that the service description, colour, information or other content of the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. The Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The service pictures are indicative and may not match the actual service. KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted) without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may also relate to pricing and availability of the services.

7. Any recommendation made to you in the Site during the course of your use of the Site is purely for informational purposes and for your convenience and does not amount to endorsement of the services by KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO or any of its associates in any manner.

8. KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur. KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO confirms the price of the service only when you make the order.

9. Without limiting the generality of Clause (Cancellations) below, if a service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that service unless the service has already been provided. In the event that a service is wrongly priced, KUHU MAKEUP STUDIO may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

10. It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments being made by the specified dates.

11. Time management is of the essence therefore adherence to booking times is critical in ensuring that Kuhu Makeup Studio delivers the service you expect and will be strictly adhered to. Kuhu Makeup Studio is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to client/group/wedding party delays.

12. Please note that all prices are subject to change. If you have already paid advance then you retain the rates invoiced at the time of booking for the respective booking.

13. Bookings are subject to availability; please contact Kuhu Makeup Studio to confirm availability. In order to secure your booking you will be required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable advance, which is deducted from the total cost of the booking and will not be refundable or transferable under any circumstances. The balance amount need to be paid in cash/digital on the day of event before leaving the Studio.

14. Finalized brand is meant for foundation only and other makeup products will be used from selected brands.

15. Prices are non-negotiable.

16. Prices mentioned include Makeup, Hair Styling and Saree/Lehenga Draping only.

17. Only one guest along with the bride allowed inside the studio. This will be strictly followed.

18. For hair styling required flowers to be brought by client of their choice.

19. Any advanced hair styling, saree/lehenga drapping will be charged extra.
